
...moved to Kansas City in 2012 to expand the veterinary pharmaceutical company Rob had co-founded in Australia. In 2017 Rob and Kate set out to turn their passion for food into the concept that is BANKSIA today. They both have a deep love for food and have spent the last 20 years traveling, often flying half-way around the world to try a new restaurant. They have instilled their gastronomic passion in their three teenage kids who all now help out in the restaurants!
